In Barilla since 1986, after 20 years of R&D with different positions, today he is responsible for the development and implementation of the group's sustainability process, and scientific policies involving extensive cooperation with institutions, stakeholders and scientific community.
Member of Board of Directors of Barilla Center for Food & Nutrition Foundation; Member of the regulatory and technical committees of several industry associations (AIDEPI – CAOBISCO) and scientific associations (Nutrition Foundation of Italy, International Life Sciences Institute); Master in "Food Chemistry & Technologies" and Bachelor degree in Chemistry from the University of Parma.
